01Warm a large pot over low heat. Add the olive oil and onion, cooking for about 5 minutes, until translucent. 2. Increase the heat to medium. Add the shredded carrots and cabbage. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and turmeric. 3. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage softens and begins to wilt. 4. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together. Stir in nutritional yeast and tahini. 5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is coated and golden.
