- 1 whole โ ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp โ maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp โ apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp โ soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 whole โ ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 3 cups โ quinoa, cooked
